If a specific brand is unavailable at the time of purchase, we may replace it with a similar or higher-quality product without prior notice. This is to ensure that your PC maintains or exceeds the required performance.
Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty on all new gaming PCs purchased from PCDealers. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures.
If a component is damaged and available in our stock, we will replace it immediately. If it is not available, we will send it to the supplier for repair or replacement, which may take 3 to 4 weeks.
Used devices come with a one-week warranty only from the date of purchase.
Warranty repairs are free of charge; however, the customer is responsible for any delivery or shipping costs related to the repair.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications by the customer. In such cases, the warranty will be void.
